Jay Cross, CEO
Internet Time Group

Jay Cross founded Internet Time Group to research, apply, promote, and drive eLearning. He has been passionate about harnessing technology to improve adult learning since the mid-sixties. He took a training startup to international prominence, capturing 80% market share and Inc 500. He designed the University of Phoenix's first business degree program. He has managed several software startups and is the former president of MegaMedia WorldWide. A self-described "Web fanatic," he has been marrying training to the net since 1996.

Jay lives with his wife Uta, son Austin, and two miniature longhaired dachshunds in the hills of Berkeley, California. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.

Pioneering medical software start-up. VP, Marketing & Director, Physician Relations. Convinced one in ten physicians nationwide to request a demo disk. Licensed our medical records software to one in ten of those.
Manager, Business Programs, for the predecessor of the University of Phoenix. Developed their first business degree program (35 workshops and simulations to teach finance, marketing, international business, organizational behavior, and management science). Later sold off-campus programs to Aerojet General, Atari, Bank of America, Chevron, Diablo, Fireman's Fund, FMC, Ford Aerospace, Fairchild, IBM, Lawrence Livermore Lab, Lockheed, McKesson, Memorex, Shugart, NASA, and others.
