Saratoga Springs is a lovely old town by any measure.
I’m going to continue my tour of The Masie Center after the fold.
On the floor below the mini-studio is this awesome mix of equipment.
I covet this whiteboard.
The central meeting area is surrounded by PCs. These are relatively low-powered; Elliott doesn’t want people to be disappointed with the machines they’ve got back home.
Of course, there are a few serious machines around, like this game area.
Say you walk out of a session to take a call. You can keep up with what’s going on with this video window on the action.
Learning or play? Or is there a difference?
M-learning, anyone?
A spirit of fun is pervasive.
Van Gogh would have liked this.
Two thousand miles later, snow greeted me when I arrived in Denver this afternoon. I’ve eaten my ration of buffalo and walked the 16th Street Mall. But I am missing Saratoga Springs, and I must admit that the Internet Time Center doesn’t hold a candle to what Elliott has assembed.
